We have 4series of products: sectional dyeing, mercerizing and shrinkage-proof dyeing of wool yarn, mercerized cotton yarn and function treatment of the yarn.
A. Sectional dyeing, otherwise called sectional special dyeing or space dyeing. This process can make dyeing of two or more than ten colors on one bundle of yarn as per different requirements of customers. Sectional dyeing is applicable to all materials except polypropylene, and to all specifications of rove or spun yarns, our company now has four advanced sectional dyeing lines with a daily processing capacity of 8-10 tons. The sectional dyeing capacity and quality stability have come out in front of southern JiangSu province.
